SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFO:
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9am EST will be shipped out the following business day. If an order is placed after 9am EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
DO I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are levied once a package reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped to. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Washington Square Watches cannot control and is not responsible for any taxes/duties applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages
 
CAN I PAY IN MY LOCAL CURRENCY?
The currency will be set according to your location and displayed while you shop and at checkout. We suggest paying for your order in the currency in which your payment was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency.
 
ORDER INFO AND CONCERNS:
MY ORDER STATUS SAYS "UNFULFILLED". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
"Unfulfilled" simply means that we have received your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please  contact Washington Square Watches as soon as possible. Once our warehouse processes your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER IS USED FOR THE STRAP?
We are proud to say that we use genuine leather for our straps.
 
ARE YOUR WATCHES WATERPROOF?
All of our watch cases have a water resistance of 3 ATM. Please avoid contact with water, as water damage is not covered under the warranty, and will damage your genuine leather strap.

How long is the warranty valid and what does it cover?
The warranty for a Washington Square Watch is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.
Other parts that are not listed above are not covered by this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, Washington Square Watches will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.
Washington Square Watches does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation.
Washington Square Watches will not honor any warranty claims for watches purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
If you experience any damage to your watch that is considered to be covered by our warranty, contact our customer service team by submitting a request below to receive the further help. To ease and expedite the process, please include the following info when contacting us:
- Order number (If your watch is a gift you will need to contact the person who purchased it for you to receive the proof of purchase)
- Pictures of the watch and the damage
- Receipt (If your watch was purchased from an authorized reseller who you are unable to contact directly)
